This book offers good examples but the questions are confusing and badly worded it lacks lots of explination on the nature of the program to be written

I use this book in a Computer Science class, and I feel that I have learned very well from this book…there are a lot of good examples, and a lot of good programming problems to help you learn. The book goes at a fairly slow pace, so you can comprehend everything. I gave the book 4 stars.

This book has alot of examples, many that are very easy to understand, and some that get harder and you have to really think to figure them out. It has debugging problems, and it has programs that you have to write and solve. I know it is used in many school districts too.
